A Vision for Dilworth Lutheran Congregation

"Seeking to strengthen mature faith and positive values in the homes of our congregation, among both children and adults, we are convinced that the home is the primary unit of faith and values formation.

We are also convinced that the congregation has a significant role in strengthening homes and supporting them in their nurture of faith and values.

We are further convinced that the community is the larger context of faith and life and that children, youth, parents, and adults are best served by partnerships between home, family, church, and community."

We are a Four Key Congregation and we encourage every home to take time daily for:

  1. Caring conversation
  2. Devotions and Prayer
  3. Worship and Faith Traditions
  4. Service to others.
